Yoga

Husband and I have now completed our 2nd month of daily practice, with only a couple of days missed each month.

This is a really big deal for me because daily exercise has always been too difficult to maintain. Having him alongside for companionship and accountability has made all the difference.

We are doing Yoga With Adriene - just happened to find her on YouTube and like her style. We often find ourselves laughing at the things she says, or at the way her dog Benji tries to get out of the camera line of sight.

January we did the Move playlist. The ones I enjoyed most were Rest, Snuggle, and TLC.

February we did the Blossom playlist. The ones I enjoyed most were Yoga Belly, Yoga for Beginner's Mind, and Yoga for Comfort & Nourishment.

March we will do the Embody playlist. I'm looking forward to Peaceful Warrior Yoga, Yoga for Brain Power, Brain + Body Balance, and Yoga Joy.

We don't do anything more than 40 minutes long, that's too much for us logistically and in terms of energy at the end of the day.
